Where is the academy located?
Academia de Español is currently located at four major neighborhoods of the city: Andheri, Bandra, Chembur and Thane. All our schools are in areas accessible from almost all locations in Mumbai, surrounded by first class hotels, restaurants, cafes, banks, travel agencies, Internet cafes, airline offices, libraries, universities, museums, craft shops and shopping centers.

How much advance notice do I need to give before starting the course?
You can start the next day or even enroll and start right away, depending on the availability of our faculty at the time. Since we are a one-on-one training school, there is no fixed start date to our in-center courses. Students can commence during any day of the week throughout the year.
Are classes conducted on a weekly basis only?
No, you can come for as many days as you wish to. Our in-center courses are designed to suit the busiest schedules and students can come for as many sessions a week as they wish to.
Is it necessary to start classes on Mondays?
Not at all, you can start classes on any day of the week.
Do you offer group lessons?
Yes, group lessons are available if you come with friends or a group. Class size: Ten students maximum. However, you need not need a group to begin your lessons. Our courses are suited for individual learners too.
What is the average age of your students?
Our students’ average age is between 8 and 60 years, nevertheless, all ages are welcome. We do have special courses for students aged 60+ and love curating programs for students with special needs too.
Is the teaching material included in the course price?
Yes, all our courses are inclusive of study material that is designed and published by Academia de Español. These textbooks have been created in accordance with the CEFR curriculum and cover grammar, reading, vocabulary and exercises.
Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes. You can pay your fees via credit / debit cards of any bank at our schools. You can register online by clicking here.
What other payment options are available?
You can pay either by cash, cheque or UPI. The cheque should be in the name of the institute, viz. ‘Academia De Espanol’. You can also choose to pay via online bank transfer by clicking here.
What is your refund policy?
Usually, we do not issue refunds unless there is an important reason such as a death or illness in the family. In other cases, you may finish your remaining class hours at any time within six months of your enrollment for in-center students and within three months of your enrollment for online students.
What is the International Spanish Diploma?
The International Spanish Diploma is an academic accreditation of the title-holder’s ability to communicate effectively with other Spanish speakers. The Diploma is expedited by the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca (Spain) and follows the guidelines for learning, teaching and evaluation of languages set by the European Community’s Frame of Reference and the ACTFL (American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages).
